The experienced employees in this department are especially qualified in upholstering curved plywood and solid wood frames and can offer their expertise from new product development to full upholstery production. We have experience with all types of fabrics and leathers. This department utilizes a state-of-the-art water-based gluing operation. Final assembly and packaging of finished product is also available. Combining wood finishing, upholstery, and final assembly, Genesis offers a "one stop shop" for curved plywood component seating. Often, with this single source option, lead times and overall costs can be reduced significantly. Drop-shipping is available to eliminate warehousing and reduce lead times further. When combined with the product development skills and tools offered by Davidson Plyforms, the customer now can shift the complete responsibility for plywood-oriented furniture to Davidson Plyforms.
